Questions about plans
- Is Sorare Alert free?
- Yes, for research: players, market, game week and craft are open without an account. The free plan also includes unlimited player price alerts on Discord and Telegram.
- What do Ultimate and Master include?
- Ultimate adds real-time player, collection, club and league alerts, and sell signals on your gallery cards. Master adds real-time region and whole-market alerts to everything in Ultimate.
- Do I need Discord?
- The website works without Discord. Alerts are delivered on Discord or Telegram: connect Telegram, or connect Discord and join the server, to receive them and use your plan in the bot.
- How does the Master trial work?
- The trial lasts 7 days on Master monthly, once per account and per card. A card is required to start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at the Master monthly price. If the card has already been used for a trial, the trial subscription is cancelled at no charge.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, from “Cancel or manage my subscription”, which opens the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until then, with no prorated refund, subject to your right of withdrawal.
- How does payment work?
- Payment is processed by Stripe, with the methods offered on its checkout page. Displayed prices include VAT; for France, VAT is 20%. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same length, at the price shown before you order.
- Do I have a right of withdrawal?
- Yes, for 14 days after subscribing, without giving a reason: write to the address in the Contact section of the terms of sale. Because the service starts immediately at your request, you only pay for the period already supplied; the rest is refunded within 14 days.
