Es gibt nur eine französische und eine englische Fassung; maßgeblich ist die französische Fassung.
Service and operator
Sorare Alert, operated by 89L06, provides alerts and information about the Sorare football NFT card market at sorarealert.com and through a Discord bot. It uses data from Sorare's public API. Sorare Alert is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Sorare SA. Using the site or bot constitutes acceptance of these terms; a purchase also requires express acceptance.
Account and access
Some features require a Discord or Sorare account. Linking a Sorare account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and your information accurate. The service is for people able to enter into a contract. Sorare transactions require users to be at least 18; a buyer of a paid offer must be an adult or duly authorised.
Plans and prices
When unlimited alerts are enabled for your account, numerical limits on player, collection and league alerts are lifted, but region alerts remain exclusive to Master. Once the free delay is enabled, free alerts are sent 15 minutes late. Ultimate costs €7 per month or €70 per year; Master costs €12 per month or €120 per year. The seven-day Master trial is available once per account and payment card. If the card has already been used for a trial, the trial subscription is cancelled without charge. Unless cancelled before its end, it becomes a monthly Master subscription at €12 per month. The applicable VAT is included; in France, it is 20%.
Orders and renewal
Stripe processes payments using the methods offered in Checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same term at the price shown before purchase, unless cancelled. For annual plans, an email explaining the option to decline renewal is sent between three months and one month before the deadline, including the last date to decline. Changing plans may result in a prorated amount shown before confirmation. Older subscriptions purchased through upgrade.chat remain governed by upgrade.chat.
Articles L215-1 to L215-3 of the French Consumer Code
Article L215-1: For fixed-term service contracts with automatic renewal, the provider informs the consumer in writing, in a dedicated named letter or email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the period for refusing renewal, of the possibility of declining renewal. This clear and understandable information states the deadline for declining renewal in a prominent box. If the information is not sent as required, the consumer may terminate the contract free of charge at any time after renewal. Payments made after the latest renewal, or after conversion to an indefinite contract, are then refunded within 30 days of termination, less amounts for service performed up to termination. This article does not prejudice special statutory information rules. As an exception, consumers of television and on-demand audiovisual services may terminate free of charge from the first renewal if they move home or their tax household changes. Article L215-2: These provisions, except Article L215-1-1, do not apply to operators of drinking water and sanitation services. Article L215-3: These provisions also apply to contracts between professionals and non-professionals. The French text above in the French version is the exact statutory wording and is authoritative.
Cancellation and end of paid access
You can cancel at any time through the Stripe portal using “Cancel or manage my subscription” on the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without a prorated refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights. At the end of paid access, region alerts exclusive to Master are deleted. If unlimited alerts have never been enabled for the service, player, collection and league alerts above the Free plan limits are also deleted. If they have been enabled at any time, no automatic quota cleanup takes place.
Withdrawal
You have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous declaration, for example an email to the address in the Contact section, before this period expires; you may use the model form below. You expressly request that the service start immediately. If you withdraw after performance starts, you pay for the service provided until you communicate your decision, calculated proportionally to the agreed total price based on the duration supplied (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). The remainder of sums paid is refunded within 14 days of receipt of your decision, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Monthly and annual subscriptions retain the right to withdraw throughout the 14 days.
